The private hot tub and well-equipped kitchen with a large electric range cooker were just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. the champagne chilled in the fridge upon arrival was a lovely touch. the two king-sized bedrooms were perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring the charming town of Cockermouth, just 2 miles away. the rain shower and free-standing roll-top bath in each bathroom added a touch of luxury to the experience. the complimentary continental breakfast basket delivered each morning was a delightful start to the day. the cozy lounges with leather sofas and log-burning stoves were ideal for unwinding in the evenings. Overall, Ann's Hill Lodge exceeded all expectations and I can't wait to return for another peaceful escape in the beautiful Lake District.
